Having worked for over 16 years in events management, Maureen Décosterd is truly experienced in the field of scientific and large-scale events. She has worked in EPFL’s Events Department since 2001, becoming Head of the Department in 2004, leading the organisation of many high-profile events such as the EPFL Open Days, the Rolex Learning Center Inauguration, the international press conference for the 2015 Iran Talks, the Drone Days and Digital Switzerland 2017. From January 2018, she is also in charge of EPFL’s corporate identity and the new visual charter. She will be putting her expertise towards creating the scientific programme for the WSJC 2019.
