Jane Qiu
Jane Qiu is an award-winning science journalist from Beijing, contributing to publications such as Nature, Science, The Economist, Scientific American, and STAT. A recipient of many fellowships and travel grants from prestigious institutions like the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, European Geosciences Union, and EurekAlert, Jane has reported from far-flung corners of the world — including the Arctic, the Antarctic, and the peaks of the Himalayas. Her interest spans geoscience, environment, anthropology, and life science. She was a Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT and a Templeton-Cambridge Journalism Fellow on Science and Religion. Her writings have won awards from the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Association of British Science Writers, the South Asian Journalists Association, and the Asia Environmental Journalism Awards.
